Weekly Wellness Classes

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday

10:45 AM – Balance and Stretch.
Practice a variety of exercises to improve balance.  And a variety of stretches that cover entire body.   Most balance exercises are standing, and stretches are a combination of seated and standing.

3:15 PM – Reflections/Memory Care Exercise Classes.
Variety of exercises including seated dance, strength exercises using bands or light hand weights, grip strength and coordination exercises using small exercise ball and stretching to help improve flexibility.

10:45 AM – Strength.
This class consists of basic strength and range of motion exercises using hand weights and body weight, both standing and seated. Will also include stretching towards the end of class.

3:15 PM – Chair Exercise.
Chair based class with options to stand. Will include variety of cardio, strength, balance and stretching exercises during 30-minute class.

2:00 PM – Water Arthritis.
The gentle activities in warm water will help you gain strength and flexibility. Exercises focus on activities of daily living, moving a joint through your range of motion and holding to feel a gentle stretch in the muscle.
